We had an amazing experience at this Italian retreat. The location was idyllic, tucked away in the heart of the grape area and surrounded by stunning views. The casual restaurant served delicious local wines and excellent food. Our room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, from an invigorating breakfast to a relaxing poolside experience. The facilities were top-notch, including two noteworthy restaurants and a nearby exhibition of art. Unfortunately, we did encounter a minor issue with the parking arrangement.

The spa was closed for refurbishment and we were not informed beforehand. The location was too isolated for our liking, and the local town was not very inviting.

I absolutely loved the decoration at the resort, it had a charming and elegant Italian countryside vibe that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had cozy seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the vineyards. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with well-maintained paths and ramps that made it easy for me to move around without any difficulty.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a little more attentive and understanding of our needs. It would have been nice if they were more proactive in offering assistance or ensuring that everything was perfect during our stay.
